Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Executive Assistant at Roberts Mechanical located in Appling, GA. The Virtual Executive Assistant will provide support to the executives by managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling expense reports, and performing administrative duties. Additionally, the Virtual Executive Assistant must have excellent communication skills and be able to act as a liaison between the executives and other departments. Qualifications Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support Ability to create and manage expense reports Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong administrative assistance skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the mechanical industry is a plus
